With an open market environment, superior geographical location, relatively abundant and cheap labor resources, Vietnam is now increasingly favored by international manufacturing industries, with capital from China, Japan, South Korea and Singapore pouring in.

Therefore Hangzhou Yihua Textile & Silk Co., Ltd. has decided to follow up customer's strategy of localizing fabric production in Vietnam and plans to invest in a factory in Vietnam, covering the process steps of weaving, dyeing and finishing, with a planned annual production capacity of 10 million meters.

While mass production, we will keep product development, fabric style design will be kept in China and fabric proof testing will be done in Vietnam factory. We expect to develop 20-50 kinds of fabrics per year.

In Vietnam, if there is fabric in stock, production and delivery time will be controlled within 55 days. If the fabrics are not in stock, we can communicate with our customers and Yihua will prepare the fabrics by itself without any change in fabric quality. At the same time, the inventory information will be synchronized to our customers. This will help garment factories to save about 15 days of shipping time. Theoretically, the delivery time of ready-made garments can be shortened by 15 days.
